1. YOU PURCHASE STORAGE. Purchase storage PACKAGES, INDIVIDUAL ITEMS and SUPPLIES via this website. All storage prices include pickup, one semester of storage and re-delivery on campus.
2. YOU RECEIVE BOXES AND SUPPLIES. We will deliver your boxes and supplies on the SCHEDULED DELIVERY DATE for your school.
3. YOU PACK YOUR ITEMS. All items must have an NESS label affixed including all packed boxes and any other items that do not fit into a box, like fridges, rugs, etc. Follow our PACKING GUIDE to be sure your belongings will be safely stored.
4. WE PICKUP YOUR BOXES. Our team members will come to your campus on the SCHEDULED PICKUP DATE for your school. If necessary, you may purchase a SPECIAL PICKUP DATE.
5. WE STORE YOUR BOXES. We store your boxes in our safe, secure and climate controlled facility.
6. WE DELIVER YOUR BOXES. We deliver your boxes back to campus at your residence hall the week before finals begin on the SCHEDULED DELIVERY DATE for your school. If necessary, you may purchase a SPECIAL DELIVERY DATE.
